Websites that earn their keep

Design and build for businesses that need enquiries, bookings or sales — not a brochure that sits still.

Most business websites fail for boring reasons: they load slowly, they bury the phone number, they were built four years ago and nobody can edit them. We build the opposite — a fast, accessible site your team can actually update, structured so search engines understand it and visitors know exactly what to do next.

We work in modern stacks (Astro, Next.js, WordPress where it fits), ship on your infrastructure or ours, and hand over documentation instead of a dependency. Every build includes analytics, tracking and a measurement plan, so month two is about improving what the data shows rather than guessing.

Signs you need this

What you get

Discovery and page plan

Who visits, what they need, and the exact pages required to convert them.

Design system

Typography, colour, components and states — a system, not a one-off mockup.

Responsive build

Hand-built front end, mobile-first, tested on real devices and throttled connections.

Editable content

A CMS or content layer your team can use without breaking the layout.

Technical SEO

Semantic markup, metadata, sitemap, schema, redirects and Core Web Vitals in the green.

Analytics and tracking

GA4, conversion events and call/form tracking installed and verified before launch.

Accessibility pass

Keyboard navigation, contrast, focus states and screen-reader labels as standard.

Handover

Documentation, a walkthrough recording, and 30 days of post-launch support.

How the work runs

  1. Scope. One call, then a written scope with page list, timeline and fixed price. No hourly surprises.
  2. Design. Wireframes for structure, then visual design for the pages that matter most.
  3. Build. Development in a staging environment you can review at any point.
  4. Launch. Redirects, tracking, performance and accessibility checks, then go live and monitor.

Why Kriov Tech

Website design & development: common questions

How much does a website cost? +

A focused five-page business site starts around $1,200. A larger site with a CMS, integrations and custom components typically lands between $2,500 and $6,000. You get a fixed price before work starts.

How long does it take? +

Two to three weeks for a small site, four to six for a larger build with integrations. Content readiness is usually the deciding factor, not development.

Do I own the code and hosting? +

Yes. The repository, domain and hosting accounts are yours. We can manage them for you, but you are never locked in.

Can you fix or rebuild an existing site? +

Both. We audit first and tell you honestly whether a rebuild or a targeted repair is the better spend.

Will it be SEO-ready? +

Technically yes — clean markup, metadata, sitemap, schema and speed. Ranking for competitive terms additionally needs content and links, which is a separate engagement.
