Terms of service

1. Scope

Every engagement starts with a written scope listing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only begins after written approval.

2. Payment

Projects: 50% on acceptance, 50% on launch. Retainers: paid monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide content, access and approvals in reasonable time.
• Ensure you have the right to use any material you supply.
• Nominate one person with authority to approve work.

4. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included at design and build stages. Further rounds are billed at an agreed hourly rate.

5. Ownership

On final payment, you own the custom code, design and content produced for you. Third-party components, plugins and fonts remain under their own licences. We retain the right to describe the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Hosting and third parties

Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are either in your name or billed at cost. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at third-party providers.

7. Warranty and support

We fix defects in our own work free of charge for 30 days after launch (60 days for stores). This does not cover changes made by others, third-party updates, or new feature requests.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost data, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties keep commercial information confidential. We do not disclose client data to third parties except where required to deliver the work or by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are addressed in good faith before any formal proceedings.
